COMPANY POLICY:
- Sally fashion does not sell to the public, only
wholesale.
- This will be strictly regulated through the login
registration process where we will not ship out your order, unless we are
absolutely sure that you are a vendor. We may ask you to verify this through
company email or faxing in a retail license.
- If you cannot prove that you are eligible for
wholesale, we will not ship the items to you.
- We have the right to shut down any suspicious
accounts.
- We will not give anyone else your information
that you have provided to us in the registration process.
- As a wholesale company, the minimum order is 6
pieces per style. You may mix colors and sizes.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
- We keep most of our items in stock, however in
the chance that the style is not in stock it can be back-ordered for you. If
item is out stock, we will contact you within 24 hours. The out of stock items
will be removed from your shipment order and total.
SHIPPING:
- We ship via UPS ground. Upon request, packages
can be shipped UPS 3 day, 2 day or Overnight with additional charges.
International shipping is available, and payment
is due before shipping.
TRACKING:
- Tracking information will be provided by request
only. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
- We accept, Visa or Master card credit cards. You
will be asked to provide name, billing address, phone number, credit card
number, expiration date and 3 or 4 digit security code.
RETURN POLICY:
- We do not accept returns unless the item was
damaged upon receipt.
- If your item is damaged, please contact us for a Return
Authorization number within 3 days after receipt of the item and you may send
back the item for an exchange.
- The items must have all tags attached and must be
unworn. If you do not want an exchange, we will provide store credit and do not
give back refunds.
- Sale items are final, No returns or exchanges.
HOW TO RETURN:
- Contact us at 213.741.0202 (8:00 a.m. -5 p.m.
Pacific time)
- We will review your request and give you an
return authorization number
- Then package the merchandise and ship
to:

- Store credit will be given once the
merchandise is recieved and processed.
- We cannot send you the exchange until the
damaged merchandise is recieved by us, and subject may take upto 3-5 business
days.
